2004.09.09 A Chance to obtain a free Gmail account

This site is giving away free Gmail account invite codes -- well, not simply giving it away -- you have to win the invite code. Kevin Rose (the Screen Savers), once posted a website that offered free invite code provided that the random number you generate, from visiting the page, display '1337'. I now offer the same opportunity, 1 out of 5,000 chance.

You can either click on the link on the right of the main front page or click on this link:

I want my chance!"

UPDATE: We already have winner! The first Gmail invite code given away.

UPDATE: We have another winner!! The second Gmail invite code given away.

Don't waste your time. You can post on just about any message board on the internet requesting an invite and you'll get one. People are desperate to give these things away since they pile up like crazy.

I won one of the accounts on here, I was wondering how you invite other people once you have your account.

Thanks

Adam, once you have an account, you will eventually get Gmail invites. The message announcing your invites will appear in a big blue bar in your Inbox, above the Archive and Report Spam buttons. It'll stand out.
