It would appear that our Lady Webb has decorated herself with a tattoo. Now, a tattoo in the region of the body is fairly common and very popular with many women.

It looks like a tattoo to me because theres no mic battery or cord behind her; plus its flat against her body. I didn't think she was the type to do something like this or the mag shoots, but to each his/her own. Hope this doesn't go to far.

I'm pretty sure that's a tattoo, though I can't be sure since you only see a slight bit of it. As for the underwear, well, I'm clueless as to what kind of undies she's got on, since that's hard to decipher.

Anywho, if that is a tattoo, it won't change a thing. Tattoos slightly below the back seem to be increasingly more popular with the ladies.
